YanıtlaSilThe glans mucosa - originally non-keratinized stratified squamous epithelium - is starting to undergo early keratinization. The superficial layers are producing more keratin proteins, forming a thin stratum corneum. That's why it's losing some of that initial glossy, wet sheen; it's becoming drier and slightly matte. The color is shifting from vivid red to a softer pink, less translucent. The surface feels a bit tougher to the touch - still delicate, but no longer as vulnerable to friction or urine irritation.

YanıtlaSilI have a 9yr old son who is uncircumcised but his peepee seems to bother him frequently so I am considering if it would be a good idea to have him circumcised. He also has very above average sized testicles but the doctor tells me it is not bad so I assume it has nothing to do with being bothered. If anyone has information regarding the positives and negatives I am open.
